Sunshine on Leith is a dazzling display of live music, dance and drama which seamlessly blends the very best Proclaimers’ hits I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles), I’m on My Way and Letter from America into the narrative of this unforgettable show.

One of the most popular shows in Eden Court’s recent history returns for a more than welcome second run in its highland home. Sunshine on Leith is the hilarious, compelling, touching and stirring tale of Davy and Ally – two childhood who return home to Edinburgh after their tour of duty in Afghanistan.

It soon becomes clear that the trials and tribulations of families, relationships and life in sunny Leith are definitely not plain sailing, and that the ups and downs of life in civvy street present their own unique challenges.

Sunshine is a product of the hugely successful and supremely talented Stephen Greenhorn (creator of River City and Passing Places) – it’s a true Scottish stage gem which remains unsurpassed in its style, sparkle and sensitivity.

This truly exceptional love story is more than just a musical, it’s a wonderfully resonant examination of the life and times of a modern Scottish family.

Sunshine On Leith all but sold out last time – don’t miss this return visit… We can’t promise to bring it back a third time!
