Born in Glasgow in 1972, Kenneth Macleod began working as a newspaper reporter aged only 17. As a freelance reporter in central Scotland he worked for about twenty different newspapers over the course of a decade.
Kenneth’s first novel, The Incident, published in 2012, is described by welovethisbook.com as a wonderful story about fate and the small important details that make us who we are. Massively popular, The Scotsman said of the book, all the while we await “the incident” – which, when it comes is beautifully written, well-paced and surprising. Proof that MacLeod is a fiction strategist of talent.
