Parking

Eden Court has its own car park, located immediately adjacent to the building. Parking is for Eden Court customers only.

Eden Court's car park operates a 'barcode' exit system.

You can enter the car park at any time, but will only be able to exit the car park using a pre-printed barcode voucher. Barcode vouchers will be available to customers buying tickets, food & drink or artworks.

The barriers are put on automatic at the end of theatre performances but please ask a member of staff if you think you need a barcode.
If you need any further information, please ask any member of staff.

We also have 6 dedicated disabled spaces and 5 '20 minute' short stay spaces within easy reach of the theatre, outwith the entry controlled zone and a further 6 within the car park itself. You may find them useful if you are here to purchase tickets, or are just popping in to pick up a brochure.

Please note that our car park has a limited number of spaces. When we have busy shows you may have to find somewhere else to park and you should allow time to be able to do that. Surrounding car parks are particularly busy during the day so you should consider leaving a bit more time for day time performances.

When the red light is showing at the barrier it means the car park is full. Please do not enter the car park if the red light is showing as you will not be able to find a space and will need an exit ticket to get out which could delay other people and will definitely slow you down in your search for a car park space elsewhere.

We understand it can be frustrating if you can’t find a space in our car park but there simply isn’t room for everyone.

Please only park in marked spaces. When people park on the pavements it often blocks access to dropped kerbs for customers with disabilities. Parking on the entrance road or in the coach bays can obstruct emergency vehicles and could cost lives.

If you require any additional assistance to enjoy your visit to Eden Court, please don't hesitate to ask for the Duty Manager upon arrival at the theatre, or telephone 01463 239 841 in advance of your visit.

Or, if you prefer to travel by bicycle - we have secure bike parking immediately adjacent to the Bishop's Palace.
