Friends Advisory Group

FRIENDS ADVISORY GROUP

The Friends Advisory Group is a group of Friends who have offered to provide feedback on their experience of attending events at Eden Court. The insights and feedback from the Group will over time help us to improve the quality of experience for all members and people who attend Eden Court events.

Members complete a feedback form for each event they attend to let us know how they chose the event, what it was like buying their ticket and what was their experience in the venue from parking, using the different facilities, the helpfulness of staff and seating in the auditorium.

Members of the Group also meet with Eden Court management staff several times a year to discuss specific issues in more detail.

All members of the Friends have the opportunity to participate in the Friends Advisory Group. New members are recruited on an annual basis and selected randomly.

We have just drawn this year's Group. If you would like to be entered for the next draw in May 2011 then please let us know by e-mail to friends@eden-court.co.uk.

Please tell us your name, your age and which events you most enjoy (classical music, drama, modern dance etc.) up to a maximum of 3 categories. We draw names at random but do ensure that we have a mix of ages and interests in the final group.
